Ethics & Confidentiality for Registered Counselors

🛑This course is only approved for Continuing Education Hours and does not meet the requirements towards initial certification education courses. 

This course is designed to provide guidance on confidentiality and ethics requirements for professionals working in a SUD treatment program. Professionals working in Part 2 Programs are required to adhere to the guidelines set by 42 CFR Part 2 when it comes to protecting the clients rights to confidentiality.
